Our Founder and President was a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultant to Fortune 500 companies for 10 years. He spent the next 10 years bringing the first comprehensive solution from the business world to local missions - overcoming the significant communication gaps across the body of Christ between those in need and those who could help.
Jim "fell" into CRM consulting, not knowing that CRM principles held the key to why the Church is struggling today in growth, impact and perception. The Lord had a plan all along, preparing Jim through 20 years in CRM and local missions to understand that the Church has redefined its customer - a definition that no longer aligns with Biblical mandates or best practices of successful organizations.
Jim was also formerly an investment banker on Wall Street and worked on Capitol Hill for a U.S. Congressman. He received his MBA from the nation’s top business school, the University of Chicago.
